Terms of Service

1. Parties

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TROY phishing simulation and security awareness mailing platform ("Platform") provided by Lancelot Technologies Ltd. ("Lancelot", "we", "us"). By accessing the Platform you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Permitted use

The Platform may only be used to conduct phishing simulation and security awareness campaigns against employees, contractors, or other personnel of an organization that has authorized such testing in writing. The Customer represents that it holds such authorization for every campaign launched through the Platform.

3. Prohibited use

The Customer shall not use the Platform to:

• Send unsolicited commercial email of any kind.
• Conduct phishing or social-engineering against any person or organization that has not authorized such testing in writing.
• Distribute malware, ransomware, or any code designed to harm a recipient's systems.
• Harvest credentials for any purpose other than the operation of an authorized simulation, or retain harvested credentials beyond the documented retention window.
• Interfere with the operation of the Platform, the underlying mail server, or other tenants' use of the Platform.

4. Authorization records

The Customer shall maintain a written, signed authorization document from each target organization for each campaign. Lancelot may request a copy at any time and may suspend the Customer's account if the document is not produced.

5. Suspension and termination

Lancelot may suspend or terminate the Customer's access without prior notice if Lancelot reasonably believes the Customer has violated these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, or if continued operation poses a risk to the deliverability or reputation of the Platform.

6. Data processing

Lancelot processes Customer data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The Customer is the data controller for any personal data of campaign targets imported into the Platform; Lancelot is a data processor.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lancelot's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by the Customer in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Lancelot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to the Customer's primary contact at least thirty days before they take effect.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. The exclusive forum for any dispute shall be the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo.
